Cancellation & No-Show Policy
To provide all clients with timely and effective care, we request that any consultation or therapy session be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full appointment fee.
This policy ensures that our practitioners’ and therapists’ time is respected and used efficiently, allowing us to serve all clients effectively. For health and safety reasons, herbal products purchased from the centre are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
