By engaging with Marx Ayur, clients acknowledge and agree to the following conditions. All appointments, including consultations and therapy sessions, should be rescheduled or cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments missed or cancelled late will be billed in full to respect the time of our practitioners and therapists.
All herbal products are intended solely for personal use and cannot be returned or exchanged. Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate health information to ensure safe and effective treatment. Any advice, recommendations, or guidance provided by our team reflects Ayurvedic practice and wellness principles and is meant to support your health and wellbeing.
