Dr. Athira is a dedicated Ayurvedic practitioner with over 10 years of clinical experience in holistic healthcare. She holds a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from India and trained in classical Ayurveda in Kerala and Bangalore. She has international clinical experience from the UAE under the Ministry of Health and later worked with an NHS mental health team in the UK, deepening her understanding of the connection between lifestyle, emotional wellbeing, and holistic health. A Certified Yoga Instructor from S-VYASA University and holder of a Certificate in Nutrition and Health in the UK, Dr. Athira combines Ayurveda, nutrition, and yoga to create personalised treatments focused on addressing root causes and restoring balance to body and mind.

Ayurveda Practitioner
Dr. Sreelekshmi Subash is a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner with a BAMS degree from Government Ayurveda Medical College, Tripunithura, Kerala, India. She has clinical experience as a Junior Doctor at Government Ayurveda Hospital, Tripunithura, with practical training in Panchakarma procedures including Vamana, Virechana, and Basti. Her internships at Government Ayurvedic Dispensary, Udayamperoor, and Government Ayurveda Research Institute for Mental Health, Kottakkal, provided experience in community care, yoga, and rehabilitation for holistic patient recovery. She focuses on personalized Ayurvedic treatments combining diet, yoga, and lifestyle guidance to support balanced health and overall wellbeing.

Subi Sukumaran is a dedicated Ayurvedic Practitioner and Public Health Specialist with extensive experience in holistic medicine, preventive healthcare, and classical Ayurvedic treatments. She holds a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) degree from the prestigious Vaidyaratnam PS Varrier Ayurveda College, Kottakkal, along with Masters in Public Health and Business Administration, integrating traditional Ayurvedic knowledge with modern medical and public health expertise. She is also a qualified Yoga Instructor. She has 16+ years of clinical experience in India and the United Kingdom, she specialises in personalised Ayurvedic consultations and treatments for a wide range of acute and chronic health conditions. Her approach is centered on identifying the root cause of illness and promoting long-term wellbeing through herbal medicine, diet, lifestyle changes, and therapeutic procedures. In addition, she has academic teaching experience, and has contributed to research with presentations at national and international conferences. He trained in Ayurvedic Panchakarma therapy at Kerala Vaidyashala, Kerala, India in 1999, gaining deep expertise in classical Ayurvedic treatments. Following his training, he worked across various states in india, including at the renowned Shantigiri Ayurveda Centre, where he honed his skills in Panchakarma and Marma therapies. In 2004, Subish moved to the UK, where he has continued to practice Panchakarma therapy, helping patients achieve balance, detoxification, and improved overall wellbeing. He specializes in Marma therapy and Panchakarma treatments, combining traditional techniques with a personalised approach to restore vitality and support holistic health. Jyothisha NP is an experienced Ayurveda Therapist with over 11 years of professional experience (2015–2026). She completed a professional Ayurveda Therapy course from Vedha Ayurveda and Nursing College,and Kalari Marma therapy from Nava kerala Kalari Schiol Kerala,India, gaining in-depth training in classical Ayurvedic therapies. She has practised Ayurveda therapies internationally in Kerala, Portugal, and Switzerland, providing holistic care and therapeutic treatments to a diverse range of patients. Jyothisha specializes in Ayurvedic Panchakarma therapy, Marma therapy, and Reflexology, combining these traditional techniques to restore balance, promote healing, and enhance overall wellbeing.
